8. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Requests

If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the completed service, concerns should be reported within a reasonable period after service completion.

Where appropriate, we may inspect the issue and determine whether a re-clean or corrective action is required.

9. Liability
